With a "great location for theater" and touring Times Square, this chainster "in the middle of it all" is "more than a solid business hotel", it's also good for "family travel", with "spacious rooms compared with other" NYC lodgings (some with "decent views" of the neon), a "really nice staff" and "affordable prices"; but aesthetes deride the "routine decor", the setting that "always seems surrounded by construction" and the "slow elevators."

Concierge's ability to provide restaurant suggestions and booked us a reservation. Ultimately, staff at restaurant provided exceptional service.
When we were unable to check in early, front desk should have coordinated luggage storage but instead we had to take it down ourselves.
